I am a first-time mom and I had no idea what to expect when I delivered my baby. I thought I was prepared because I am very type A and organized but I was so, so wrong.

I got home from the hospital and I started experiencing heart palpitations and shaking uncontrollably at the very thought of anyone else holding my baby but me. I didn’t know it at the time, but I was struggling with postpartum anxiety and because of this, I did not sleep for more than 30 minutes per day for several months.

I would sit upright on the couch and hold my baby day and night. I didn’t even touch my phone for an entire month because I was scared to get up and move with my baby. Eventually I made my way to my bed where I co-slept with my baby until 8 months. She was sleeping as long as I didn’t move, but I still was not getting restful sleep by any means. I was at my wit’s end and a friend recommended The Sleep Fairy Way.

I kid you not, within 3 nights my baby was sleeping 12 hours in her own crib and I was sleeping as well! I cannot believe the mental shift that took place when my body finally was able to rest. Not only that, but my baby’s mood changed drastically and she was SO much happier because she was sleeping better.

I can honestly say that my life has changed because of The Sleep Fairy Way and I know that next time I have a baby, I will start right away to avoid everything I just went through. Please, please learn from me and educate yourself on postpartum and sleep BEFORE your baby comes. It will change your life!
