Frequently Asked Questions

  • If your baby is healthy and growing properly, you can start as early as 4 weeks. If your baby was born after 37 weeks, this is 4 weeks from their birthday. If your baby was born before 37 weeks, this is their “adjusted age”, or 4 weeks from their original due date.

  • Every baby is different, and age plays a huge factor as well! But on average, if you are consistent and follow the steps in order, you can start seeing results as early as 1 week. Some babies take longer while others pick it up after just a few days.

  • I am a mom of 4 and have a bachelor’s degree in Family and Human Development. I’ve always been passionate about sleep and its amazing benefits. However, it wasn’t until I had my first baby 10 years ago that I realized how crucial sleep was to my well-being as well as my baby’s well-being. Through lots of study, research, trial, and error, I found what worked for us. Since then, I’ve found that my method has worked for THOUSANDS of other families as well. I’m hopeful that it will help you, too!

  • If your baby is 0-12 weeks, I recommend a 10 pm bedtime. If your baby is older than 12 weeks, I recommend anywhere from 6:45-7:30 pm. If your baby is struggling with sleep and goes to bed after 8 pm, try moving their bedtime up gradually.

  • While there is a modified cry-it-out section in my method, the focus is on ensuring that your baby has enough calories and wake time during the day to encourage longer stretches of sleep at night. I also focus on slowly eliminating night feedings with a step-by-step process. If you follow the e-book from the beginning, there is often little to no crying involved.

  • I offer consultation packages! I am truly passionate about helping parents teach their babies how to sleep. Book a consult with me today and I will be more than happy to discuss your current situation and help you get the sleep you and your baby deserve.

  • While I have helped parents with toddlers in the past, the e-book is geared more towards babies from 0-12 months.

  • Now is the best time! That way you can feel prepared before the baby comes, enjoy all of the newborn snuggles, and take action starting at 4 weeks. With that being said, if your baby is older than 4 weeks, it’s not too late! Better late than never
